The study of the mechanisms for staffing project activities is a fairly developed topic, but in the conditions of the modern economy, when organizations are in constant search for new methods and tools to improve the efficiency of the organization, as well as in connection with the application of the project approach in the activities of commercial and public sector organizations, the relevance of the study this issue is undoubtedly high. Abstract
Human resource management of a project implies actions to form and organize a project team and, accordingly, to manage it.
