Abstract

The article discusses the strategy and goals of the Weir company, the analysis of its corporate culture, the solution of problems in the organization. The purpose of the study is to substantiate and identify the features of the formation and development of modern organizational culture. When studying and researching the work, the theoretical aspects of organizational culture were considered. The article presents conclusions about the features of modern organizational culture, analysis and ways to improve the organizational culture of the Weir company.
