Based on the theoretical model of information entropy, the signal's power spectrum entropy is used as the test statistic to construct a double decision threshold, which realizes the blind detection of the hidden low-power weak signal under the strong noise interference. Simulation results show that when the received signal-to-noise ratio is -16dB, the signal detection rate is greater than 80%, which is better than other traditional algorithms.
