Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of information technology and knowledge transfer on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Karangasem District Cultural Office, where data collection uses questionnaires. The population of this study is all employees who work in the Karangasem District Culture Office which numbers 49 people, so the method of determining samples using the saturated sample method.
