The sampling technique used was probability sampling. The number of sample were 130 respondents. The data were collected through distribution of questionnaires. The analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential analysis i.e multiple linear regression.. The results show that all hypotheses are accepted. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on work spirit, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work spirit, and job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on work spirit. Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of work stress, work environment, and job characteristics on work spirit.
