Abstract
A variety of conditions can present as polyarthritis. Migratory polyarthritis is well-known for Acute Rheumatic Fever (ARF) espe-cially in children, most commonly between 5 – 15 years of age. Oth- er clinical conditions can present as migratory polyarthritis also. We present a 14-year old girl with migratory polyarthritis involving both large and small joints.
