Abstract

The distribution network is an unreplaceable link between the transmission network and power consumers. The planning scheme quality of the distribution network straightforwardly determines the safety, reliability, and economy of distribution networks. In order to select the optimal planning scheme, this paper establishes a comprehensive planning scheme evaluation method based on real scenery spatial information. The spatial image obtained from Geographic Information System (GIS) is processed through the U-net machine learning strategy to get the plot information. 基于空间信息的配电网规划方案综合评价方法
配电网是输电网与电力用户之间不可替代的纽带。配电网规划方案的质量直接决定着配电网的安全性、可靠性和经济性。为了选择最优的规划方案,本文建立了基于真实风景空间信息的综合规划方案评价方法。利用U-net机器学习策略对地理信息系统(GIS)获取的空间图像进行处理,得到地块信息。然后,基于地块信息,建立标准层次和综合评价方法,对备选规划方案进行排序;实例研究表明,该策略在规划方案选择方面具有较好的效果。
