Abstract
In this paper, we describe a liquid sensing system with a shear horizontal surface acoustic wave (SH-SAW) sensor. The developed sensing system has low standard deviation of noise. The system is applied for the Japanese tea measurements. The results show that the slight differences of tea can be detected by the SH-SAW liquid sensing system.
