Abstract
In order to avoid the difficulties associated with waveguide and cat-whisker contacts at frequencies above 100GHz, a planar integrated circuit combining lead-alloy SIS junctions and a receiving antenna has been developed. A novel tuning device for the planar circuit will also be described.
