Abstract

Presents aspects of construction and methods of implementation of the aero-stratospheric telecommunications platform in Ukraine for example HAPS studies conducted by the National Technical University “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”. In particular, it considered the project of creation of stratospheric unmanned airship as the energy-information complex, represented by the control and communication system for aerial platforms, offered Radio-channel access control scheme for mesh-network based aerial platform, provides system solutions for the formation of multi-level telecommunication networks based on HAPS and Inter-platform communication line.

航空平流层通信系统的应用前景
