The quality evaluation method is proposed based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of the U.S. GPL National Laboratory, which is composed of the national strategy orientation, comprehensive and integrated scale, interdisciplinary integration, forward-looking risk and breakthrough, system and mechanism innovation. The quality evaluation factors for the construction of Chinese national laboratories is presented. Abstract
A quality evaluation method for the construction of national laboratories is proposed. The composition and main research fields of U.S. national laboratory are given. The orientation, development objective, main tasks and management model of U.S. national laboratory are presented.
