Abstract
We present our approach to addressing a critical design issue affecting users of ERP systems: the lack of transparency of the underlying business process model. To enhance system-to-user communication involving complex process flows, we have implemented a dynamic process graph and a set of related task links that are displayed alongside the traditional ERP task interface.
