Abstract

The aim of this paper is to examine the relationship between knowledge management and talent management in the context of the future workplace. It attempts to create a logical link between these two concepts and evaluates their potential impact on organizational success. By analyzing current research and literature on knowledge management and talent management, this review highlights the importance of a strategic approach to these areas and the benefits of integrating them for the development of a skilled and knowledgeable workforce for future workplace challenges.
