Further analyze the properties of the model, that is, the sufficient and necessary conditions for the solution of the model. An illustration is used to verify the rationality and feasibility of the model. Abstract

This paper considers a two-way ATIS mechanism, that is, travelers can not only accept traffic information sent by ATIS, but also can send their actual situations or experiences to ATIS for reference to other travelers in ATIS system,while in traditional ATIS systems, travelers can only passively accept information and fail to give feedback.
