One of the key elements of industry 4.0 is dashboards, which helps to visualize the status of the system at a glance. In general, dashboards were created for management and shop floors individually. In this work, smart dashboards are created for microSMEs with CNC machines to get a glance of the processes happening in the shop floor, the scheduled production plan associated with it, the idle time of the machines etc using the Industrial Internet of things and sensors. The present work also proposes a dashboard for interfacing between shop floor and management which will help in getting the real time status of the production like pauses during production, operator unavailability, communication to the available operators.
