INTEGRATED RISK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN RESOURCE PRODUCING ORGANIZATIONS IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION

Abstract

The subject of the study is represented by three interrelated blocks, covering both the external environment for the functioning of enterprises in the resource sector, and the potential of digital technologies in improving the internal corporate management system, as well as specific digital products that provide the necessary tools for digital transformation. The article proposes a corporate map of a resource-producing company with interrelated segments: finance, clients, internal business processes, training and development. An integrated risk management system is proposed using the example of a resource-extracting enterprise, which allows targeted and prompt response to volatile conditions of the internal and external business environment as part of digital transformation.
