Because during the Covid-19 pandemic, e-commerce is urgently needed in building a smart city in Indonesia, especially in public transportation, which is currently having a high production increase. Abstract

Industry 4.0 in Indonesia is currently the fourth level that is commonly used today. Everything has relied on digital technology or from the first technological stage to the 4th stage which is now what is called the 4.0 revolution era. Currently, the development of a smart city or smart city where big cities in Indonesia are using the concept. But smart mobility is not only about technology, we also have to maintain the comfort and safety of people who want to use one of the smart city concepts.
