Abstract
A link of mechanical relative motion of normal and superfluid components of He II is determined and its electrical performances with use of the disk dielectric resonator (DDR) in a millimeter wave band of electromagnetic waves is made. The resonance frequency and Q-factor of the DDR into liquid helium are measured. The frequency and temperature dependence of the relative amplitude of electromagnetic wave traveling in He II are studied.
