The process of measuring user satisfaction in this study using Guttmann method used to compile the questions that exist in the questionnaire. Respondents for each level are divided into 3 classes, ie lay users, active users, and skilled users. The results of this study obtained customer satisfaction 86.76% for answers found, and 13.34% for answers not found.
