So, in this paper, we have designed a QoS framework which consists of 33 metrics to evaluate a smart parking service. These parameters are identified from the user as well as vendors' perspective and help to select better service provider. We have also proposed multi criteria decision making (MCDM) approach technique for order preferences by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) to select best smart parking service provider based on identified QoS.
