Therefore, in this paper, we designed and built a hardware implementation for OBU which allows to disseminate messages in rural areas. This OBU implementation is simple, efficient, and at low cost. Abstract
Vehicular Ad hoc NETworks (VANETs) are likely to play an important role in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS).
