Abstract
The work is devoted to the comparative study of lexical features of antonyms in the Kyrgyz and Russian languages. The relevance of the research is justified by the fact that there are almost no scientific works devoted to the problems of antonymy in the Kyrgyz and Russian languages. The classification of antonyms in the languages under consideration is given in different ways. It depends on the structural and semantic features, principles and criteria of the compared languages.
