Abstract
A case of observation and treatment of a 30-year-old patient from a married couple with infertility in marriage for 2 years is described. At the time of consulting a doctor, the patient was revealed the abnormal parameters of the ejaculate in the form of hyperviscosity, asthenoteratozoospermia, and an increase in the sperm DNA fragmentation index.
