Abstract

This study integrates the relevant resources of enterprises, schools and government, closely follows the development needs of regional power enterprises, accurately grasps the characteristics of power grid in underdeveloped ethnic areas. Based on the big data statistics of ten years’ Electric Power Education and training practice, using Vensim software, this paper constructs a causal cycle model driven by education and training, systematically summarizes and optimizes the talent transportation for Tibet, and forms a new model “Three fixed and one wide” talent training mode.
