The analytical technique used in this research is path analysis, classical assumption test and Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior by mediating employee organizational commitment. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as a mediating variable.
