Abstract
The article presents the results of the study of foreign and domestic clustering experience, identifies the features and prospects for involving universities in cluster structures, suggests ways to improve the mechanism of interaction between universities and industrial enterprises within clusters, which will increase the efficiency of using the potential of participants in innovation processes in industry.
