This is done by validating the website usability components by looking at the effect of each attribute on usability using the Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GeSCA) method, and developing the usability component by adding the usability components of ISO/IEC 25023:2016. The data used are 3000 and collected by spreading questionnaire directly. Abstract

Website is a bridge between users and online information. Websites with high usability value of course will be accessed by many users. Therefore building a useful website is important.
