Abstract

Aiming at the complex problems of fault diagnosis for some radar system, Petri net and fuzzy inference are combined to establish a fault diagnosis Petri net which is with the ability of concurrency processing. The model can not only detect the fault sources according to the fault results, but also detect the result affirmative faults and the potential hidden faults as a result of some fault sources. The affirmative faults and the potential hidden faults are distinguished by setting two threshold values. Then the technicians can take some measures to repair the potential hidden faults. Finally, the model is applied to resolve the faults diagnosis of some radar system, which verifies the validity of the model.
