Abstract

The paper describes the experience of creating a semi-analytical model of gas breakthrough to a horizontal oil well located in the subgas zone of an oil rim. A physical-mathematical model is described, examples of using the model to predict the displacement characteristics of actual wells and using the model in the process of reservoir history matching are considered.
