Abstract

The Seto Inland Sea is an appropriate place for offshore wind power generation due to its features of vast shallow waters, numerous islands, calm ocean waves, steady breeze circulation and so on. 濑户内海的海上风力发电潜力
濑户内海水域浅滩广大、岛屿众多、海浪平静、微风环流稳定等特点,是海上风力发电的适宜场所。本研究基于LAWEPS的风力预报数据,估算濑户内海海上风电潜力,并结合风速、水深、自然公园、船舶航道等约束条件,通过GIS分析提取适合海上风电的海域。估算结果表明,年最大发电量为247twh,最小发电量为32twh。特别是关门海峡附近的所那达地区,作为海上风力发电基地的可能性很大。
