The sample collection in this study used the census method, which is 89 employees of the Non PNS Institute of Domestic Administration, West Sumatera Campus. Abstract

This study aims to reveal: 1. The influence of leadership on employee performance. 2) Effect of Compensation on employee performance. 3) The Effect of Work Motivation on the performance of employees. 4) The effect of leadership on Work Motivation. 5) Effect of Compensation on Work Motivation at the Institute of Domestic Administration of the West Sumatera Campus. 本研究旨在揭示:1。领导对员工绩效的影响。2)薪酬对员工绩效的影响。3)工作动机对员工绩效的影响。4)领导对工作动机的影响。5)薪酬对工作动机的影响——西苏门答腊校区家庭管理研究所。本研究以西苏门答腊校区内务研究所非pns职员为研究对象,共89人,包括行政组、学术与合作组、研究组、培养组、计算机与语言组、政府实验室组。本研究的样本采集采用人口普查的方法,选取了西苏门答腊校区非PNS国内管理研究所89名员工。使用的分析工具是路径分析,使用SPSS程序(社会科学统计软件包)。本研究的结果如下:1)领导对工作动机有显著的正向影响2)薪酬对工作动机有显著的正向影响3)领导对员工绩效有显著的正向影响,工作动机在领导和员工绩效之间起中介作用4)薪酬对员工绩效有显著的正向影响,工作动机在薪酬和员工绩效之间起中介作用5)工作动机对员工绩效有显著的正向影响苏门答腊校区家政学院对员工绩效有显著正向影响。
