The sample consisted of 87 university students (12 men (13.8%) and 75 women (86.2%) between 19 and 55 years of age $(\\mathrm{M}_{age}= \\mathrm{26.51,\\ SD=7.82})$, of which 67 were born in Lima (77.0%) and 17 (19.5%) of provinces. The results showed that men have more student efficacy than women and that provincial students have a higher level of dedication than those in the capital. In addition, it is concluded that the dedication predicts negatively to emotional exhaustion and indifference; but it positively predicts academic self-efficacy and student efficacy.
