An important result of the survey was to demonstrate the differences in the behavior of public and private sector employers. Abstract

Abstract A research was conducted among the employees referred to work in the home office in connection with the announced state of the epidemic in Poland. The research was conducted using a questionnaire method, the study was attended by 199 respondents.
