Abstract

On the basis of the kinetic equation for the polaron subsystem of polar crystals equations of hydrodynamics are derived with allowance for the processes of temperature and velocity relaxation. For this, the Champion-Enskog method is generalized on the basis of the idea of Bogolyubov functional hypothesis. The resulting hydrodynamic equations describe the anisotropy effects associated with the presence of velocity relaxation, describe the dependence of the transport coefficients on the temperature and velocity of the polaron system.
