International and public legal aspects of the development of the Union State of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus

Abstract

Статья посвящена правовым проблемам современного интеграционного взаимодействия России и Беларуси в рамках Союзного государства. Раскрыты вопросы формирования и развития Союзного государства России и Белоруссии как уникального союза двух суверенных государств. Проанализированы международно-правовой статус Союзного государства и статус его государств-членов в рамках интеграционного образования, правовые основы сотрудничества и взаимодействия, органы управления Союзного государства и их роль в интеграционном развитии. В результате обосновывается вывод о необходимости не только сохранения, но также развития и упрочнения Союзного государства The article is devoted to legal problems of modern integration cooperation between Russia and Belarus within the framework of the Union State. The issues of formation and development of the Union State of Russia and Belarus as a unique union of two sovereign states are revealed. The article analyzes the international legal status of the Union State and the status of its member states within the framework of integration education, the legal foundations of cooperation and interaction, the governing bodies of the Union State and their role in integration development. As a result, the conclusion is substantiated that it is necessary not only to preserve, but also to develop and strengthen the Union State.
