Abstract

This paper presents the DMCSv1 multimodal bio-metric database collected by the authors. The database contains 3D face and hand scans acquired using the structured light technology. In parallel with this paper publication the DMCSv1 database is made publicly available for other research institutions. According to the authors' knowledge it is the first publicly available database where a hand was scanned using the structured light technology and both sides of a hand were captured within one scan.
