Abstract
As an important form of comprehensive utilization of urban underground space, the urban underground business district effectively relieves the land shortage bottleneck in the process of urbanization meeting the requirements of land intensive use. However due to the characteristics of the safety management, major safety accidents have been occurring one after another recently, so it has been a problem urgently to be solved to ensure the safety for it.
