Selecting eight representative indexes, standardizing treatment as per the original data with the Excel using the model of standard deviation of the mean, and performing the principal component analysis to the new processed variables using SPSS 13.0 software. Result. The performances of 36 departments are evaluated comprehensively and objectively, wherein the performances of the departments with the serial numbers 20, 32, 19, 18, 3, 2, and 1 are in the lead, and the departments are classified into first-class and second-class departments. The performances of the departments with the serial numbers 9, 15, 23, 25, and 34, which are classified into fourth-class department, are the bottom five. Conclusion.
