When emotional infection reaches a certain level, certain behaviors will occur. This study on the emotional contagion, collective behavior theory, to even take antipyretic capsule during outbreak snapping up as an example, the design of questionnaire, randomly selected WeChat and weibo users, a total of 60, adopts the method of quantitative analysis and research in online communities, public mood generated by browsing, interactive infection and collective behavior.The results show that during the epidemic, users will experience emotional infection when they browse related posts and comments in online communities. The emotional infection degree of ordinary users is affected by the opinion leaders, the closeness of community and the environmental development factors of COVID-19. 疫情期间社交媒体用户情绪感染研究——以联华清文事件为例
随着互联网的快速发展,互联网已经成为人们接受信息、传递信息和娱乐的一种方式,这无疑使得舆论的场所从线下变为线上。特别是面对重大社会突发事件,人们通过社交媒体接收、传递和交流信息,传播情绪,实现了从传播信息到传播情绪的过渡。当情绪感染达到一定程度时,就会发生一定的行为。本研究以情绪传染、集体行为理论为基础,以连解热胶囊在疫情爆发期间抢购为例,设计问卷,随机选取微信、微博用户共60人,采用定量分析的方法,研究网络社区中公众情绪产生的浏览、互动感染和集体行为。结果表明,在疫情期间,用户在网络社区浏览相关帖子和评论时,会经历情绪感染。普通用户的情绪感染程度受意见领袖、社区亲密度和疫情环境发展因素的影响。情绪传染是否会在一定程度上引发集体行为,取决于用户的理性判断。
