Abstract
Optimizing coupled-cavity traveling-wave tube (CCTWT) beam wave interaction (BWI) efficiency through tapering of the phase velocity could greatly increase RF output power. In order to do this work, a programme for CCTWT has been developed and implemented in BVERI.
