The respondents in this study were ten teachers in one of elementary schools in Banda Aceh City, Aceh Province, Indonesia. Based on the result of this study, the difficulties faced by teachers in implementing the distance learning are mostly related to technological devices ownership and ability to utilize the devices, parents’ involvement during online learning, inadequate facilities and internal factor from teachers. Abstract

The practice of distance learning in Indonesia applied massively due to the Covid-19 pandemic. That unprecedented phenomena caused certain difficulties for teachers to implement the system of distance learning. 新冠肺炎大流行期间教师实施远程学习的困难
由于2019冠状病毒病大流行,印度尼西亚大规模实施了远程学习。这种前所未有的现象给教师实施远程教育系统带来了一定的困难。本研究的目的是找出在新冠肺炎大流行期间小学教师实施远程学习的困难。本研究采用探索性方法,通过在线问卷调查。问卷由开放式问题组成。本研究的调查对象为印度尼西亚亚齐省班达亚齐市一所小学的10名教师。根据本研究结果,教师实施远程学习所面临的困难主要与技术设备的所有权和使用能力、家长参与在线学习、设备不足和教师的内部因素有关。进一步的研究建议探索可能的解决方案,为小学实施远程教育,特别是在印度尼西亚。
