The results showed that a waiting period of 7days after application on orange is enough to reduce the Lambda-cyhalothrin residues to below the maximum residue limits (MRL). Lambda-cyhalothrin rapidly disappeared with half-life (t 1⁄2) of 1.6 days on orange fruits. Abstract

Pesticides are known to interfere with the biochemical processes of plants, lowering their food quality. Therefor, this study was designed to evaluate persistence of Lambda-cyhalothrin in / on fresh orange fruits and investigate its effect on fruit quality. 高效氯氰菊酯在柑桔果实上的残留及其对某些品质的影响
众所周知,农药会干扰植物的生化过程,降低其食品质量。因此,本研究旨在评价高效氯氟氰菊酯在鲜橙果实上的持久性,并探讨其对果实品质的影响。采用gced系统测定农药残留。同时用分光光度法测定生化参数。结果表明,施用后7d可使溴氰菊酯残留量降至最大残留限量(MRL)以下。高效氯氟氰菊酯在柑桔果实上迅速消失,半衰期为1.6 d。氯氟氰菊酯处理显著降低了柑橘果实的抗坏血酸含量和干物质百分比,显著提高了果实的总蛋白质含量、酸度(%)、水分(%)和总可溶性固形物(T.S.S)。
