Abstract

Technical solution of combination two carried ranges of VHF and UHF in one radio-frequency equipment, with application of the frequency selective structures (FSS) having properties of the artificial magnetic conductor (AMC) is presented. A basis of such system is performance of FSS structures a role of the filter (passing for VHF band antenna array and blocking for UHF band antenna array), allowing to reduce significantly the antenna array cross size and to reduce mutual influence of ranges.
