Abstract

Only by deliver right value on the right target consumen, strategy will be achievie. Therefore, value proposition play role as media to describe business strategy and as significant contributor to business strategy and performance. Accroding that explanation, this research aims to compose value propositions at Eko Nugroho Art Class (ENAC). Methodology: use individual depth interview with owner, director and psikolog.
