Context-free grammars (CFG) provide a powerful mechanism for language computation but it cannot detect the semantic errors. In case of CFG, generating huge number of grammar rules for a correct sentence is very complex. Lexical Functional Grammar (LFG) have been widely used to formally specify the syntax of natural language. In this case the LFG cannot recognize the semantic correctness of a sentence. To solve these kinds of problems we have used HPSG structure for recognizing Bangla grammar. We have used the LKB system for implementing our designed Bangla Grammar.
