Abstract

Meta data analysis of various unit of interest within the Quran can aid in developing a better understanding of its message. The scripture is widely available in several digital formats such as XML that allows taxonomical computational analysis in the digital space. The chapters and verses within the scripture are the unit of interest and can be applied with various Meta tags of interest. A digital repository of these tags along with the scripture text can aid in the Meta tag analysis of the Holy Scripture. This paper discusses the details of a framework for developing the understanding of the Quran in the digital space via Meta data analysis.
