Abstract
We analyzed time series with tick-borne encephalitis morbidity data and vaccination against it in West
Siberia. The study showed the presence of cointegration for time series belonging to different
administrative regions of the territory.This implies the existence of common determining factors
affecting the epidemic process development of tick-borne encephalitis in the regions of West Siberia.
