Abstract

Using the uniform geometrical theory of diffraction, algorithms and programs have been derived for calculating and analyzing the directive characteristics of a radiating elementary electric vibrator with an ideally conducting rectangular plane screen at any observation direction. The directive gains of the analyzed system in a normal direction to the screen have been investigated when changing sizes of the screen over wide ranges, for various distances between the vibrator and the screen.
