Abstract
Telemedicine is not medicine but to use computing and communications to delivery access to high-quality medical care regardless of locations. It reduces cost, time, and resources and it saves lives. Furthermore, wireless technologies play significant roles in telemedicine, and therefore, it is called wireless telemedicine or mobile-heath.
