Abstract
This article seeks to identify the main factors in adopting smart contracts and the way these factors are known and taken into account by Brazilian companies. Thus, we conducted 30 interviews among Brazilian businesses. Results confirmed the existence of an alignment among the perspectives of the characteristics, benefits and adoption factors for smart contracts.
